About Me

After a decade long career as a non profit fundraising and public relations professional, 2007 marked the year in which I chose to pursue my passion for helping others to live more balanced and fulfilled lives. I began taking life coaching courses, and upon completion I launched my coaching practice, and set out to assist people around the globe to play an active role in the pursuit of their ideal life. Coaching was, and continues to be, a natural extension of who I am – a patient listener, a cheerleader, and a supporter of all who strive to take their lives to the next level. My coaching philosophy is to cultivate individuality, encouraging people to live outside of the box, and design their lives to their own specifications -- not those of family, friends or society. I strive to lead by example, and practice this philosophy in my daily life. Today, my practice continues to grow, and I am delighted to be in a position to help and inspire others to experience life in a more thoughtful and fulfilling way.
